About Us
We are a not-for-profit 501c3 charitable organization incorporated in South Dakota. The Tri State Youth Association was founded by three men who have a vision to provide the facilities necessary to further positive youth activities in the Siouxland area. All three have a long history of volunteer service and are multiple decade-long adult leaders in the Boy Scouts of America.
Each of us have unique perspectives and skill sets, and each of us have witnessed youth and family members grow and develop in our communities. We aspire to orchestrate and improve youth opportunities for future generations of Siouxlanders.
Marty is the owner of Advanced Construction Services and has been with Scouting for over 30 years.
Doug Martin
Dr. Martin is an occupational medicine physician who has been practicing in the Siouxland area for 25 years.
